The customer has the possibility to pick up the delivery, after arrangement with voip2me, Altan Uyak. Otherwise the delivery, depending on target country and volume of the order, takes place through selected transportation companies. Any additional foreign fees, customs duties or island impacts have to be paid by the buyer.

The supply depends on the availability of the article. If a certain article or spare article should not be available anymore, we have the right to cancel the contract between us and the buyer. At the same time we commit ourselves to inform you immediately about the unavailability of the article and to refund received payments.
